How far away is the parking lot from the Port?
The Parking Doctors is .3 miles from the Port. Our parking lot is located at 1254 Channelside Drive.
Do I have to have a reservation to Park at The Parking Doctors lot?
No. While we recommend making a reservation we also accept drive ins. Please check our pricing information to see the difference in price between drive-ins and online reservations.
Do I keep my keys while we are on the cruise?
Yes. The Parking Doctors parking lot is a self park lot and all customers keep their keys.
Will the shuttle pick be up when the boat returns?
Yes. Our shuttle driver will hand you a Parking Doctors business card on the drive down to the Port. Our shuttle phone number is listed on this card. Upon your arrival back in Port please call this phone number to let our driver know your party is ready for pick up.
How long will I have to wait at the Parking Doctors parking lot before being shuttled down to the Port?
We operate multiple vans in order to minimize our customers wait time. Each van can accommodate 10 adults. For large parties we recommend they drop their party and luggage at the Port first before parking with us. By just having their driver come to our lot and park, this will expedite their experience. Average wait time is typically no more than 8 minutes. Parties are taken down to the Port in order of their arrival.
Once I have returned back in Port, how long will I have to wait to be picked up and driven to the Parking Doctors lot?
Once you have disembarked from the ship please call our shuttle van phone number. This phone number is printed on the business card our driver gave you on the way down to the Port. We operate multiple vans in order to minimize our customers wait time. Each van can accommodate 10 adults. Our drivers pick up parties in the order the calls were placed. You will not have a long wait.
Is my car safe?
Yes. The Parking Doctors parking lot is fully fenced and locked. We have security cameras to monitor the lot and the lot is fully lit at night.
Is the Parking Doctors insured?
Yes. We have all appropriate insurance coverage for liability protection.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Parking reservations will be held until 2 p.m. on departure days. No refunds will be made in the event of "no shows", unused tickets, or lost tickets. You must provide your parking reservation (purchase order) to the lot attendant on the day of departure. You may cancel your reservation at any time up to 24 hours prior to departure for a full refund minus the $4 service fee. Cancellations made inside of 24 hours will be charged for the full amount, but may use the prepaid amount as a credit for a future parking reservation .
How long does it take to get my refund?
Refunds typically take 3-4 business days. While we process them right away, the company that processes the credit cards can take this amount of time to post it back to your account.
